Our mandate is 'every way is the right way'
when it's working towards peace & evolution for all of us.
Our focus is always on self-awareness and
self-discovery as a way to a better you
& therefore a better world.

We offer metaphysical and energetic perspectives on real issues
to help you find your own wonderful way.

We do not follow any religion or belief system...
all people are welcome, no matter what their faith,
religion, gender or social status.

We practice...
… committing acts of self-discovery …
not once or twice, but all the time
… making wiser choices
… investing in what matters
… living with integrity and heart and above all else …
respect.

The Yellow Centre

According to the ancient art of Feng Shui,
the areas of our home & physical environments correspond to the areas
of our lives and therefore to our health & overall wellbeing.
When the different areas of our home are in balance,
(areas like spirituality, creativity, relationship, wealth, past, future),
we naturally achieve the state in the middle,
which is excellent health, happiness & wellbeing.
This, in turn, means that when we balance our
mental, emotional & spiritual selves,
perfect physical health & wellbeing is the natural result.
The colour that corresponds to this perfectly balanced centre
is, of course, Yellow!

A Building History

After serving a term in the second World War,
Roy Monteith returned home to rural Uniondale, Ontario, Canada, where he ran a hardware & general store where Hutton Transport is now located.

To boost the economy during post-war time, the Canadian government was giving out land grants for any projects related to agriculture.  Roy purchased

this plot of land on Road 96 & started building this unique hand-poured cement, Mexican-style building in 1949 with the help of his uncles.

The building was divided into four sections, each with its own door.
For a time, the north end housed a feed & supply, as evidenced by the 2” thick hardwood fir floor.  In the middle of the building was a hardware store and at the south end was the egg-grading station for the area.  The top of the building was a two-bedroom apartment which remains to this day.

Roy didn’t actually qualify for the government’s land grant, and over the years, the building was converted into three apartments.
The feed end remained a bare room used for storage.
For more than 30 years, the building housed area residents and characters as unique as the building itself.

In 2003, after the building sat empty for 5 years, it was put up for sale.  Three friends decided to take advantage of its uniqueness and lovingly crafted it into a space to heal and grow.

Today, there are goldfish in the bathtub, yoga classes on the hardwood floor, healing sessions where the eggs used to be, and artistic creations everywhere.  The upstairs apartment still serves as home,
and the coffee is always on.
