The Healer Series

The Healer Series is a series of full teaching courses designed for healers

or for those who wish to delve deeply into the healing arts for themselves or others.
Each of the four weekend courses is a combination of in-depth teaching, learning,

sharing of information and tools, and hands-on approaches and practice.

Please note that there are exclusions for some courses.

Students are required to bring their own lunch and writing materials.

Pre-payment of the course in full is required to reserve your space.

A 10% discount will apply for those who register for two or more courses in advance.

A 15% discount will apply for those who register for all four courses in advance.

1. Channelling Higher Wisdom

August 29 & 30, 2009 9:30—5:00 Cost: $275

This course will be offered again in Summer 2010.

Channelling is the ability to consciously receive and transmit unconditional loving energy and wisdom. This course involves opening our natural intuitive ’channels’ and learning how to communicate with different sources of higher wisdom. We will consciously connect with and channel our Angels, Animal Guides, Spirit Guides, the Higher Self, the Physical Body, Mother Earth, even Ascended Masters and Intergalactic Beings.
Many are here to help us! Please note that this is not a course in mediumship.
Exclusion: This course is not appropriate for those who have experienced recent

psychiatric distress.

2. Medical Intuition/Intuitive Healing

September 26 & 27, 2009 9:30—5:00 Cost: $275

This course will be offered again in Summer 2010.

This course involves intensive study and practice in opening to intuitive levels of healing,
understanding intuitive guidance, and the application of intuitive techniques.
We will open intuitive channels, learn body scanning & focussing, gather information via the physical body and connect to the body as a source of wisdom, access and remove physical,

mental and emotional blockages to health.

3. Energy Management

October 17 & 18, 2009 9:30—5:00 Cost: $295

This course will be offered again in Summer 2010.
Do you feel wonky when you’re in a crowded place? What really happens to the ‘negative’ energy you remove from a client during healing work? How do we deal with possession & vampirism? Why do you know what is happening inside another person’s body?

Is disease really incurable or is it just poorly-managed energy?

What is moving out of the corner of your eye lately? …

Absolutely everything is energy. But, our information on how to be aware of other energies, interact with them, and manage them is limited or faulty at best.

This course involves intensive study & practice in identifying & removing unwanted energies

& managing different energy interactions. We will learn how our own energy behaves, as

well as how it interacts with other energies—on personal, global
and cosmic levels, and practical tools for cleaning & maintaining healthy energies.
Exclusion: This course is not appropriate for those who have experienced recent

psychiatric distress.

4. Essential Skills for Healing

Saturday, November 28, 2009 9:30—5:00 Cost: $155

This course will be offered again in Summer 2010.
As practitioners of alternative therapies, we are presented with many challenges when it comes to keeping our clients safe, ensuring their privacy, developing & maintaining a necessary therapeutic relationship, and following our #1 mandate of ‘Do No Harm’. This

one-day course involves study and practice in facilitator-client communication techniques and an understanding of ethical considerations involved in doing therapeutic & healing work with others. We will learn effective, necessary and simple communication skills. We will address energy medicine ethics, confidentiality, client permission, note & record-keeping, boundaries, contracts and the sharing of information. This is ESSENTIAL information that

all alternative practitioners should have and all consumers should know!

REIKI Training

Reiki is a completely natural healing method that can change your life!

Pronounced ‘ray-kee’, it means ‘spiritually guided life force energy’. Reiki is an ancient healing tool that can be traced back thousands of years to India and Tibet.

It was re-discovered in the late 1800’s in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki is not a belief system, nor a doctrine of any kind. It is a pure, natural, and powerful healing energy that is passed on from master to student through a gentle opening called an ‘attunement’. Unlike other healing modalities, it does not require an applied or learned skill. It is simply shared with oneself and others through the gentle flow of its unconditional love energy, mostly through our hands. Most people who experience Reiki report feelings of warmth, nourishment, relaxation and deep stress relief. Reiki benefits both the giver and the receiver, it heals the root cause as well as the symptoms, it always works for the highest good, and it can be learned and used by anyone. Reiki is taught in a series of levels known as "degrees". Each degree builds upon the teachings of the previous degrees. The ability to do Reiki is passed on from master to student through an opening called an "attunement".

First Degree
Students learn how to give hands-on treatments to themselves and others.
$150 includes certificate & manual.

Second Degree
Students learn how to send healing over distance and time using sacred Reiki symbols.
$225 includes certificate.

Third Degree
Students learn how to give two different kinds of healing attunements.
$500 includes certificate.

Reiki Master Teacher I
For those who qualify and wish to teach Reiki to others.

Students learn how to initiate others into First, Second & Third Degree levels.

Reiki Master Teacher II
For those who qualify and wish to teach teachers.

Audits

For those who are already certified, and would like to repeat their training,

degree levels are offered at half price.

and around our bodies. The merkabah is the divine vehicle of light which is our connection to higher consciousness and awareness. For many of us, it lies dormant, as we are unaware of

its presence and purpose. By activating the merkabah, we are activating our greatest

potential for healing, health, awareness, and our highest potential here on Earth

A Root Clay Workshop

Explore the essence of who you truly are…

where you come from… how you identify yourself in the most primal, earthy way.

Dig yourself deep into the red clay of Mother Earth and sculpt your own emergence

as you play with personal symbolic representations of your innermost Root...

Each participant will be guided in creating their own unique, free-form clay sculpture,

medallion or sacred root object to take home.

Participants are encouraged to bring any symbols, rocks or crystals that are

meaningful to them that they would like to incorporate into their piece.

Cost includes up to 1 lb. of clay per person & all materials except stones.
